I glad I got question ! Your young , like me and you don't want your face to look over done. Try this !
If you just want to groom your eyebrowns try E.L.F. clear mascara and eyebrow gel ! I believe it is only $1.00! Just glide the eyebrow side brush over your eyebrows and shape them !
If you actually want to LIGHTLY fill your eyebrows in...
Take a mascara that matchet your eyebrow color
* ( if your eyebrows are blonde just use a color that won't wash your out like dark brown NOT light brown it looks awful ! )*
get a tissue a put the mascara wand in the tissue and wipe most mascar off.
Next use the brush to go through your eyebrows!
This will add a little color and make them look natural.
If you comfortable add a matching color eyeshadow very lightly.

Im a neatural type girl. I love browns, golds, and earth tones. But im looking to step out of my natural shell. The only problem is I'm afraid of color ! I have a VERY fair skin tone and i feel like i'll look like a clown. Any suggestions ?

I was once afraid of color, too ! I think it grows on you the older you get. if a little girl is walking around town with a sunset eye look or multy colored smokey eye mean looks wil be giving to her and her parents ! So if your in your tens color may work for you by a light pink blush ( cosindering your skin tone ) and maybe a pop of color with colored eyeliner ! A slid colored eyeshadow won't be best but if you want colored eyeshadow try a mahogony lid, orange crease, and creme highlight !
