Poppin' or Keep Shoppin'

My first item to review is the LA Colors Glittering Starlet in Jean. So i was at the beauty shop and i go ot he makeup section. I came across the LA colors section. Im gushing trying to pick one item. Its between "Tea Time" a really pretty pallete and the glittering starlet pallete. I pick the glittering starlet pallete because i LOVE glitter (: I though it would just have shimmer but these colors are full on GLITTERLISCIOUS !

So my review ...

with primer, or base this product is amazing ! without sadly its just slver glitter ! Alot of people say they have trouble with glitter all over there face . If you tap yur brush before application you should be ifne !

Quality ** ( pretty pigmented with base or primer )

Quanity: - - - 12 eyeshadows for only 3 bucks !

I would most definetly re purchase this item and im gonna try to find the pallette in "Bette" (:
